Obtaining long term water levels can be very time intensive especially if monitoring remote sites. This is where water level loggers really shine.  You simply programme the logger with the standing water level in the monitoring bore and deploy.  Downloading the data on a periodic basis will give you detailed long-term hydrographs for further analysis.

Here at ECO we are proud to supply the Heron dipperLog designed to continuously monitor water levels in groundwater monitoring wells, tanks and open bodies of water. Its small size allows the Heron dipperLog to be used in well diameters as small as 25mm and its marine grade stainless steel housing makes it resistant to saline or corrosive water conditions. With a battery life span of approximately 7 years (at 5 min readings) the dipperLog is ideal for long term deployments.

The Heron dipperLog is easy to install, easy to programme and even easier to download data. These units are ideally suited for:

  • Groundwater pumping tests
  • Open water bodies
  • Remote water level monitoring
  • Long term continuous monitoring

ECO have supplied dipperLogs to projects throughout Australia including remote mine sites, rail infrastructure, civils dewatering and water supply schemes.

The current COVID situation has put significant pressure on international shipping causing supply issues across the globe. To combat this ECO has a large number of dipperLogs in stock allowing you to deploy to your project immediately.
